WhatzUp @ Pueblo House this week?

We’ve been extremely busy around the music house making loads of progress.   First we renovated the top floor and put in our radio station, office and green room.  Next we finished the music room with painted egg cartons for sound proofing and donated flooring tiles.  Next we started the kitchen and Stan Clark has been working like a madman doing handyman things for us mostly volunteering his time.  He’s been instrumental in bringing us two new decks, wiring, electrical, attic and basement repairs and a whole lot more.  We’ve had volunteers show up and help off and on.  Thanks to Andy, Derick, Dave, Betsy and others.  Also the board members Catherine and Jimi have been doing their fair share. With all this effort we should be ready very soon.  Our MakerSpace is starting in April at the Pueblo House.  Stay tuned for more details coming.  Expect to hear about a week long radio class during the summer.

Next we’re starting our clay oven outside and we’ll be stomping clay Sat. March 11th at 10 am for anyone who would like to join in.  Maya Avino (Art Instructor CSU-Pueblo) will be designing and teaching us how to work with  cob/clay.   We’ll have pizza’s and drinks on site for lunch.
