Another garbage headed to 4th St.

Today Catherine and I, along with the kids, painted another garbage can for 4th St. We wanted something bright and cheery and found the perfect things. KIDS AND RAINBOWS! Cage gave his dude red hair and called him DJeff. Chacee peaced out with a hippie, purple haired girl. Chelcee and I made the plump kids with funky thrift shop clothes. Catherine’s kids were apparently decked out from the GAP!   It was tons of fun, with lots of laughs and a perfect time to get the kids talking about different things in school/life, like how to deal with anger issues. I love when we come together to work on a project because …collaboration…is a perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon!

I’m sure Catherine had plenty to do being a full time school teacher, but she gives her time to Pueblo House because she believes in it and knows what a differnce we can make in a kids life! So, thank you Catherine for being a great role model.
